Warranties/Damaged/Defective:

Inspect your shipment upon arrival. Report any shipping related damage immediately to the carrier. Unless otherwise noted, most merchandise can be returned for any reason if within 30 days of the ship date. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25%. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Customer is responsible for all return postage.

CustoMYz Products & Services does not provide warranties, implied or otherwise to any item sold on this website. All warranty issues must be addressed with the manufacturer.

CustoMYz Products & Services assumes no responsibility for for the condition of the item after it is shipped. Any damged items must be reported to the carrier upon discovery and any claims must be filed with the carrier.

CustoMYz Products & Services makes no claims nor accepts any responsibility for the performance or damages caused by the installation of any item sold on this website to the buyers vehicle or any vehicle that the buyer installs the item on.
 

Back Order Policy:

Due to the high demand for some of our more popular items, back orders occasionally occur. If one or more of your items are on back order, those items will ship when back order item is available. Back ordered items are kept open for 60 days. You may re-order after 60 days when the back ordered item(s) will be cancelled and you will be refunded the purchase price. Shipping charges are nonrefundable

Abuse and/or Installation Errors:

CustoMYz Products & Services defines abuse as, but not limited to, burnt voice coils (blackened, no continuity, melted adhesives, coil separated from the former, etc.) punctured or damaged surrounds, broken speaker terminals, non-PPI modifications, bent, chipped or broken frames, ripped spiders or damaged back plates. Products submitted with any of the above will be considered out of warranty. CustoMYz Products & Services shall not be held liable for incidental loss of use, installation or removal and reinstallation charges associated with defective or returned product. Products that have been improperly installed may not be covered by this or any other warranty. We highly recommend having all products we sell to be professionally installed. All returns, exchanges and refunds are processed immediately upon receipt. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you return your item for your refund or exchange to arrive. If paid by credit card, please allow 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

Shipping:

Shipment will usually be by either USPS, DHL, UPS or FedX.  Some larger items will ship via private carrier.  We reserve the right to choose the shipping method best suited for all orders. Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days after full payment has cleared. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE FOR MOST PRODUCTS AT ADDITIONAL CHARGE. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees. ITEMS PAID VIA PAYPAL WILL ONLY SHIP TO CONFIRMED ADDRESSES. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Sales Tax:

No sales tax on products shipped outside of the state of Colorado. Colorado sales are subject to all applicable sales taxes.

Therefore, we reserve the right to correct any inaccurate information including pricing without notice. If a product offered by CustoMYz Products & Services itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
